Warbet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Warbet ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at warbet.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform. Warbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on the warbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of a warbet employee, or an employee of any associated software, payment, or game studio partner.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by warbet for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from any other gambling operator or regulatory scheme that would render your participation on the Platform unlawful.
• You are of sound mental capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement and to make informed decisions regarding gambling activities.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the warbet Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Warbet may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and forfeit any bonus-derived winings.

Warbet accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and approved cryptocurrency channels including BTC, ETH, and USDT. All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency accounts.

Warbet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and other time-limited promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the offer page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming transactions placed on the warbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are published within the relevant betting or gaming section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All bets are accepted at warbet's discretion. Warbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and bet reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an explicit cash-out option is offered and exercised within the permitted window.
• Warbet does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, event, or odds at any particular time. Live betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn without notice.
• In the event of a technological failure, data feed error, or manifest error in odds or casino game results, warbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes situations where incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error beyond warbet's control.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. Winings exceding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• For mix parlay bets, all legs must be won for the bet to be settled as a winner. Where one leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the void leg unless the specific parlay rules state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the warbet Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using the identity of any other person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or account operation process.
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to place bets, access markets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or lopholes in the Platform software, including intentional play through a known malfunction in any casino game.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward warbet staff or other Players.
• Charge-backing or reversing any deposit made to your Account after funds have been used to place wagers.

Warbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all transactions associated with the breach, and to withold or forfeit funds held in the Account pending investigation. Warbet also reserves the right to refer matters to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Warbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity safely and within their means. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders at selected intervals during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, no logins, deposits, or wagers will be accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and is not reversible for a minimum period of six months.

Warbet will not knowingly accept registrations or deposits from individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order. All content on the warbet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, trademarks, audio, video, and game mechanics — is the exclusive property of Warbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction or distribution of any Platform content; (b) creation of derivative works based on Platform content; (c) commercial exploitation of any portion of the Platform; or (d) framing or mirroring the Platform on any third-party website.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property is a violation of this Agreement and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, warbet's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall warbet be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage of any kind.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from Platform use.
• Any delay, interruption, or failure in Platform availability arising from circumstances beyond warbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party payment processing outages, or force majeure events.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game studios, payment providers, or data feed suppliers whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Warbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Warbet reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• The Player has provided false or incomplete identity or KYC documentation.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandate the closure.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, warbet reserves the right to withold the Account balance pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit all funds. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, warbet will return the verified withdrawable Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) within 14 business days of confirmed account closure.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may submit a closure request to warbet support. Pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled in the normal course; closure will not be effected until all open bets have been resolved.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which warbet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between warbet and a Player shall first be referred to warbet's internal dispute resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must submit their complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". Warbet will acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.

Warbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Minor amendments — including those required for legal compliance or to correct typographical errors — may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
